Trip Questions
MetricCave does not operate trip-day visitor support. For same-day cave hours, tickets, access, safety, or accessibility questions, contact the official cave operator or park directly.
Guide pages link to the official operator so visitors can verify the facts that change most often before traveling.
Corrections and Feedback
MetricCave provides a Business / Partnerships inquiry form for operator corrections, media-rights matters, partnership questions, advertising inquiries, and other business contacts when delivery is configured in the active environment.
The form does not accept file uploads and should not be used for passwords, payment data, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information. If delivery is not configured, the form says so and does not claim to accept a message.
